User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Withdrawal Terms

Liability Limits & Account Policy

Koitoto provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability, the absence of technical errors, or the timeliness of information displayed. To the extent permitted by law, koitoto shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.
Under no circumstances shall koitoto's total cumulative liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Koitoto reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
- Providing false or misleading information during registration
- Attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform
- Legal compliance requirements or directives from regulatory authorities
In cases where an account is suspended due to confirmed fraud, the balance in that account may be forfeited. For closures arising from other reasons, legitimate funds will be returned upon completion of the relevant investigation.
